Four Marks' unbeaten run ended by Bockhart winner
Sway 1 Four Marks 0
Hampshire Premier League Division 1
Saturday 11th February 2017
In a tense top-of-the-table clash, Sway made the early running and deservedly went ahead on 27 minutes when Ryan Brading worked his way to the by-line and found Jake Bockhart at the far post who made no mistake from one yard. The visitors battled back and Sway had to rely on a goal-line clearance from Ash Booker to retain a one-nil lead at half time.
Four Marks had a determined look about them following the half-time talk but created few opportunities. Sway, by contrast, had several chances to put the game to bed but had to settle for the single goal.
The result is a first league defeat for Four Marks and leaves Sway in second place and on track to achieve a top-two finish with a title win still a possibility.
